Afternoon Everybody,

Last night I didn’t get into bed until sleep time. Normally I get in a couple of hours beforehand and sit and watch TV for a while. I decided to spend my whole evening in the living room and then headed to bed to sleep and only that. I did have more than one dream, but I can’t remember the other one apart from it had something to do with my Sister in Law.

Thursday 16th September 2021

I remember seeing a kitten lying down. It looked like it was injured or something. I hoped it wasn’t in pain. Animals in pain make me want to cry. I can’t stand it. Even thinking about it makes my heart hurt. I remember the kitten was reaching out and I gave it a pen. It let out a miaow. It sounded like it said ’Thank you’. That made my heart bleed too. I heard it so many times whilst I was sleeping as it kept going over in a loop inside my head.

The only thing I can think of why I had this dream was because I had a ’visit’ from my late cat. I was in the living room with my window open and I saw this white feather appear from nowhere. Now you may say it came through the window as a coincidence, but my curtains were closed and there were no feathers on the window sill. It was a bright white feather and it was pretty sizeable. So that was comforting. The kitten, come to think of it was the same colour as my cat from when I had him as a kitten. I wonder if it was him sending me a sign. I hope he is alright and not in pain as I first thought about the kitten now. It definitely miaowed the words ’Thank you’ though.
