Good Afternoon,

I‘m surprised I managed to get any sleep last night. I was so worked up and very upset. This morning I woke up feeling anxious and upset too. I felt so sick. Here is my dream from last night.

Monday 8th March 2021

First of all I dreamed I had a visit from ‘Mother Nature’ even though in my dream she had only just left 10 days ago and I couldn’t understand why she had paid me another visit so soon. Then I dreamed my face was covered in acne. I ended up ringing a doctor and asking for help.

A very small dream with not really any detail. I’m guessing I had this dream because of how I went to bed. I wish I didn’t wake up feeling anxious though. It’s a horrible feeling and all I want to do is hide myself away from the world.
