Afternoon Everyone,

I can’t believe I had a dream about something’s that been playing on my mind for days. So what did I do? I only went and did what was bothering me. Here is my dream.

Thursday 29th April 2021

I dreamed I was in my Mum and Dad’s old house and I was up in their bedroom. I started setting up to do my first day of hell week with my workout app. I was all ready to go and my Mum was in the bedroom with me. She kept talking to me and I kindly asked her not to talk as I was psyching myself up to do this massive workout. Then I was in the middle of counting my burpees and she kept interrupting me even though I asked her not to. I started to sound my burpees out loud rather than in my head so she would get the message. She didn’t. The same thing happened about three times in a row. It was like watching my dream on loop, then I woke up.

Yes, for days I’ve wanted to crack on with hell week, but injury and muscle ache has slowed me right down. I hate having days where I can’t have a full blown workout. It’s all I’ve been thinking about since I started feeling pain. Thankfully, I felt alright today. Albeit not 100%. I’m just glad I started. Hopefully I’ll be ok to carry on with the next 6 days. Maybe now my workout dreams will finish and I can dream about something else.
