Good Afternoon,

So I went to bed pretty late and agitated. I didn’t feel good at all. I felt strung up and my heart was racing. I ended up taking a sleeping pill to help me rest. It did help. Here is my dream from last night.

Wednesday 16th June 2021

I dreamed I saw about 8 people in an art room and they each were working at their separate desks. They had to make sculptures. One of the pieces I saw was made to look like a zebra. The body was made of chicken wire and the woman I saw was pushing black and white tissue paper into the body of the zebra. Then I was standing at a desk and I had to ask the man behind the counter for some black and white paper. He asked me if I wanted sugar paper or tissue paper. I said tissue. Then I dreamed I got a message from one of the workout guys from my group and he said he 'wasn’t expecting that’. The only thought that came to mind was that he saw a picture of me online, naked!

I can’t get my head around this dream at all. How can I go from an art themed dream to a naked dream? I guess they can be seen as one because many people do life drawings, but I definitely wasn’t one of those. Maybe this dream was supposed to mean I have to build myself up because not everything is black and white? I don’t know, but it’s the only thing I can think of.
