Good Afternoon Everyone,

I had two dreams last night and I managed to remember both of them. Not like the other day when I had a load of dreams and I could only remember one. This is the first dream I had.

Wednesday 28th April 2021 (Part 1)

I dreamed I was in Europe with a number of Ambassadors from my workout community. We were in a hall where we were all getting ready to do a big workout session. I looked in my bag and I had numerous workout outfit. I couldn’t decide which one I wanted to wear. Then I looked in my bag and I couldn’t find my selfie stick. I wanted to use it to take a selfie afterwards for social media. I looked through the workouts and I couldn’t find any session that suited how my body was feeling. Then I realised the time and I thought if things don’t crack on in a minute, I won’t have time to post anything on my social media account and that made me feel grumpy.

I think I dreamed about this because I’m currently having to take rest days right before my hell week. I’m not a happy bunny when I can’t workout properly. Especially when all I want to do is eat, but I feel I can’t because I have burned off sod all calories! I hope I recover quickly.
