Good Afternoon,

I had a very good night sleep last night. I had a very small but strange one last night. Here is my ’poultry’ dream.

Sunday 29th August 2021

I dreamed I was making a chicken dinner for my Husband and my late Granny. I had gone to the store to buy a whole chicken. When I got it home to prepare it and I started by cutting off the breasts. The breasts were tiny! They were shaped like shoe inserts. They were so thin and flat. Literally nothing to them. Then I thought there must be some more flesh on this bird somewhere. So I went to cut other portions off. The bird had the smallest wings and legs I had ever seen on what I thought was a rather large bird. There was hardly any chicken there and I ended up cutting two fish fillets into bits to go with. Next I was putting my hand in a bag of mixed frozen veg. There were round slices of carrot and peas. Then I saw a bag of cut broccoli and cauliflower and I was questioning which veg to have. I went for the carrots and peas and I remember taking 2 large handfuls and added it to a pan of boiling water.

I think this dream is telling me to eat healthy! I have never had a dream before where there was so much cooking involved. Is it normal to dream about preparing a meal? The thing that got me the most was why were the chicken breasts and joints small when the body was large? I really don’t get it and I definitely wouldn’t serve fish with chicken.
