Afternoon Dreamers!

I only had a small dream last night. I woke up quite a few times again which is why I believe I only had the one dream. Quite apt considering where we are in the holiday calendar too! Here is my dream.

Friday 2nd April 2021

I dreamed I was in my Mum and Dad’s old house and I was there with my Husband. My Brother was there and he was handing out Easter eggs and gifts. He had given me a box that looked like an Easter advent calendar. It had windows and was decorated with eggs and Easter animals. He also gave gifts and chocolates to my Mum and Dad. I asked if he had got anything for my Husband and he replied ”No”. I was very surprised as my Husband and I always buy for my Brother and his Wife. My husband was very upset and disappointed and I was fuming a bit inside me. I had lost all happiness.

I know it’s Easter and all and normally we would be celebrating with families, however what with Lockdown still in place, we cannot travel to see anyone. This is very disappointing. I don’t know why I had this dream because although I buy Easter gifts for my family, I never expect anything back. When it’s Christmas time, my Brother does buy for both of us. I would like to know what this dream means and why was I in my Parent's old house and not in their current one or even my house? I think I need to eat some chocolate to make myself feel better about this dream.
