Morning All,

I can’t even tell you if I dreamed this last night or was it a bout of sleep paralysis? Either way, I woke up in pain and crying out.

Friday 27th November 2020

All I remember was that I was lying in my bed and I felt these hands at the side of my chest. I don’t remember if it was my left side or my right side., but someone had their hands on the side of my ribcage and they pressed so hard! It really hurt and I couldn’t breathe. I had to shout out to stop as I thought they were going to puncture my lung with my ribcage. It was very frightening.

I hope this doesn’t happen again soon. I know with sleep paralysis, it’s the most horrible thing to go through and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. What happened last night was a completely new experience. Maybe it was similar to sleep paralyse? I don’t know but it was pretty disturbing. My husband said he didn’t even hear me! Well just as well I wasn’t dying or anything! Hopefully I’ll have a good night tonight.
