Good Afternoon,

I’m still suffering with this headache, but I managed to sleep reasonably well. Here is my dream from last night.

Tuesday 16th March 2021

I dreamed I was in a house that wasn’t mine and I was locked away in a dark room. There were no windows and the room was empty. There wasn’t even anything for me to sit on. I was standing in the middle of this empty space and I couldn’t really see anything. Then I heard scratching that appeared to be coming from behind the door.

I wonder if this dream has anything to do with my headache. I wish the room was dark with no sound because when my headache is just before migraine status, that’s all I want. A dark, cold, quiet room. I don’t know what the scratching means though. Sometimes I think I hear a part thud part scratch sound in my head and I don’t know what it is. I would like an explanation.
