Good Afternoon Dreamers,

Yes!! Again, I managed to remember my dream without any difficulty. I’ve had this type of dream lots of times now. I wonder why it keeps coming up. I have a few subconscious reasons why I might have had this dream. Here it is.

Monday 28th December 2020

I dreamed I was at my very old job over 20 years ago, but I was there with people from a previous employment where I was about 15 years ago. We were all sat at our desks when I wanted to get up for my lunch break. I was waiting for one of the guys to get back so i could go for mine. It was getting late. I was finishing my shift at 6pm but it was 4pm when I wanted to go for my hour lunch break. I also wanted to go outside for a cigarette. (I don’t smoke) Then I was worried that it was late for me to post something on my social media page. When I decided just to get up and go for my break, I looked at my work phone and realised I hadn’t signed on all day! No wonder I wasn’t getting any calls through. Then I had to tell my manager. I was so scared about telling her, but I thought it was best to be honest about it.

The people I dreamed about, I am friends with on social media and we did used to work together in the same team. The guy who I was waiting to come back from his lunch break actually celebrated his wedding anniversary yesterday and I wished him well and so did one of the girls I used to work with too… this is the only reason I can think of as to why I had this dream. I keep dreaming about old employment, but normally it’s the job I got made redundant from. The job I used to have where I worked with these people was the best time I ever had. Funnily enough, we got made redundant from that job too. I do miss them immensely.
