Morning Everyone,

First of all Happy Halloween! I can’t believe it’s the end of October already. No much happening here celebration wise, but I hope you all have a good one. Did I have a scary dream last night? Well it might not be scary for some of you, but it was scary enough for me.

Friday 30th October 2020

I dreamed I was running through hills and forests. Everything was so colourful. The grass and trees were a vibrant green and the sky was a beautiful shade of blue with white fluffy clouds. Then I found myself running up mountains, but I wasn’t just running up them, I was actually part of a running app and everywhere I looked I saw all the vital stats… BPM, MPH and distance.

Another small dream. It seemed like a nice dream, but I am not a runner by any means! I do bodyweight workouts daily, which I love, even though some days are really hard. There is no way on Earth I would run to keep fit. No Siree! Running is not for me! I’d rather do 100 burpees in a row for a month rather than go running for miles! I hate cardio. I wonder why I dreamed of running, and not just running… running in an actual app! Makes a change from the standard dream of running away from a murder or something / someone scary I suppose.
