(Eng-Esp) Poem: The leaf trembles / Poema: Tiembla la hoja.
The leaf trembles,
it wants to be a flower
and on every petal
to carve its love.
It dreams of feeling
and even singing,
and of being reborn
to begin again.
It wants the new dawn
to grant it everything,
to let it feel its power.
The leaf trembles,
for the thorns
have already caused it
many wounds.
What a sad longing
in this life!
The leaf trembles,
a seed is born.

quiere ser flor
y en cada pétalo
tallar su amor.
Sueña sentir
y hasta cantar
y renacer
para empezar.
Quiere que el nuevo
amanecer
todo le entregue
sentir poder.
Tiembla la hoja
pues las espinas
ya le han causado
muchas heridas.
¡Qué triste anhelo
en esta vida!
Tiembla la hoja
nace semilla.
