LEAVE IT WITH GOD.... ALL YOUR BURDEN

Hey beautiful people, I wanna share with you all something I've been keeping for quite some time now.

Lately, God has been reminding me that the weight we carry rarely stays with us alone. If we’re not careful, our unresolved pain, disappointment, fear, or bitterness can quietly affect the people around us. Sometimes we pass it on through our words, our reactions, or the way we love.

One thing I’ve also realized is this: people often don’t hesitate to place their burdens on us. They vent, they unload, and sometimes they leave us carrying what they never intended to keep. Yet when it’s our turn to struggle, we convince ourselves that opening up would only become someone else’s burden.

For a long time, I believed that staying silent was strength. I thought if I carried everything on my own, I was protecting everyone else. But God has been teaching me that there’s a difference between burdening people and allowing trusted people to walk with you. Healing often begins when we stop pretending we’re okay.

Before we pour into others, we have to honestly assess our own hearts. What am I carrying that God never asked me to keep? What wounds am I unintentionally passing on? What pain have I been hiding instead of surrendering? Healing starts with honesty.

The beautiful thing about Jesus is that He never asks us to carry our burdens forever. He invites us to bring them to Him. As He heals us, we stop passing our pain to others and start passing on His peace instead.

Maybe today isn’t about pretending you’re strong enough to carry everything. Maybe it’s about finally laying your burden at the feet of the One who can.
What weighs you down may also be weighing someone else down. Let God’s healing stop the cycle.
