UNPREDICTABLE INCIDENT

Have you ever Imagined leaving your car at a mechanic workshop for repairs
You go home believing it's safe, only to return the next day and find the vehicle badly dam@ged because the workshop's fence collapsed during a heavy downpour

That's exactly what happened yesterday in Aba, a state in Nigeria where the fence at engineer Chiadi's workshop fell on several parked vehicles after a heavy rain fall.

If you were one of the car owners, would you accept it as an unfortunate act of nature and bear the loss yourself?

Or would you expect the workshop owner to take responsibility since the vehicles were in his care when the incident happened?.
Some will say, "The cars were under the workshop's custody, so the owner should be responsible."

Others will argue, Nobody planned for the fence to co||apse, so why should one person carry all the burden?
