Welcome to the community Street Workout Community I'm going to show you how to tone your abdominal muscles with these simple exercises.
Encuentra primero tu nivel en el ejercicio, es decir, la progresión en la que puedas hacer 10-30 reps. Semana a semana intenta mejorar hasta llegar a 15 reps, luego aumenta de progresión.
Find your level in the exercise first, i.e. the progression where you can do 10-30 reps. Week by week try to improve until you reach 15 reps, then increase your progression.
