Buenas tardes amigos y amiga de la blockchain Hive, el dia de hoy les mostrare una rutina de empuje (sencilla ) pero efectiva.

- PRIMER EJERCICIO:
Flexiones normales (25 repeticiones 5 series).
2.- SEGUNDO EJERCICIO:
Flexiones de diamante (15 repeticiones 5 series)
3.- TERCER EJERCICIO:
Flexiones con aplausos ( 25 repeticiones 5 series )
4.- CUARTO EJERCICIO:
Flexiones arquera (25 repeticiones 5 series )
5.- QUINTO EJERCICIO:
Flexiones en handstand (15 repeticiones 5 series )

- FIRST EXERCISE:
Normal push-ups (25 repetitions 5 sets).
2.- SECOND EXERCISE:
Diamond push-ups (15 repetitions 5 sets)
3.- THIRD EXERCISE:
Push-ups with clapping ( 25 repetitions 5 sets )
4.- FOURTH EXERCISE:
Archer push-ups (25 repetitions 5 sets )
5.- FIFTH EXERCISE:
Push-ups on handstand (15 repetitions 5 sets )
