El press de plancha es un ejercicio de la gimnasia y de la calistenia, que consiste basicamente en subir de plancha a parada de manos, con los codos bloqueados. Es un ejercicio muy efectivo para mejorar tu nivel en plancha, te ayuda a ganar mas fuerza y resistencia, ya que es un poco complicado subir de plancha a parada de manos.
The plank press is an exercise in gymnastics and calisthenics, which basically consists of going from plank to handstand, with the elbows locked. It is a very effective exercise to improve your plank level, it helps you gain more strength and endurance, since it is a bit complicated to go from plank to handstand.
