House spider - Pholcus phalangioides

The house spider is widespread on all continents and lives in almost all conditions. In the company where I work, we have warehouses and rooms that are rarely used, which is ideal for housing this type of spider. Because no one disturbs them in the corners of the rooms. I took the opportunity and photographed them.

My wife is afraid of them. Arachnophobia. That's why I play the role of a savior for these spiders in the house. I tried to explain to her that they are harmless to humans, even beneficial, but I understand her. That's why I teach my little son that they are not dangerous and together we go on rescue missions, rescue from the wife's broom.

Local names for this spider are house spider or long legs.
