Second dose of my son's chicken pox vaccine and done with our yearly family picture.
Last year, I shared that we chose to have our son vaccinated with chicken pox. Bringing my son to the hospital clinic was tiring so I intentionally counted the number of months. The goal was, on his second dose, his Daddy is here.
Booking an appointment was easy as my sister in-law was working here. She had direct access with the Doctors or their secretary.
We arrived early and I thought we were the first patient but turns out not. That was back in January and many got sick due to the weather. That is one of the reasons why I made sure our son completed necessary vaccines. Being hospitalized alone costs a lot not to mention the anxiety of parents and sufferings of a child.
It was my husband's second time seeing his son vaccinated and his face made me laugh. Looks like he could not stand it and wanted to snatch our son from the Doctor.
After we decided to visit the nearest mall as we are planning to have our yearly family picture.
I bought a family shirt which we were supposed to wear on New Year's eve but changed my mind after realizing it was hard to have family photos with a toddler.
There were customers as we reached the studio so I waited for our turn. There are several packages but I choose three photos only with hard and soft copies.
While waiting, of course Caleb won't sit still.
The photo session.
The reason why I chose this studio was the photographer. On my birthday last year, I only availed here and he was patient. Having a toddler needs a lot of coaxing and honesty. As a Mom it's hard to focus on your angle. I mean ensuring to have a good pose 🤣.
There are several shots but upon checking, only a few look decent. Still, thanks to the editing skills, we look good after finishing touches.
Does our son look cute? I would say, thanks to his Daddy's effort. Behind the scenes so we could get a photo of him 😂.
