Biryani is a very popular and traditional dish of Bangladesh. More or less, we all like Kachchi Biryani a lot. And if it is made at home, then it is not a problem. In today's post, I will share the recipe for

homemade Kachchi Biryani. Biryani is cooked with very few domestic ingredients. Usually Kachchi is cooked with cow or khasi, but khasi meat is given more preference because it is soft. In

today's Kachchi, I have used khasi meat. First, I will marinate the khasi meat with ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, beresta, sour curd, salt to taste, biryani masala and a sufficient amount of oil.

While marinating the meat, I will add some water, cardamom, cinnamon,

cloves, bay leaves in another pot. When the water starts boiling, I will add basmati rice. Then, when the rice is 80 percent

cooked, I will take it off the heat.Then fry the potato pieces. Once the potato pieces are fried, first put the marinated meat in a large pot, then add the potato pieces, then some chopped nuts, plums, then layer half-cooked rice on it. Finally, add the keora water and food coloring and
