My birthday nigth

Not all birthdays feel the way you expect. Mine started off pretty badly. I woke up to bad news from my home country, then went through a very painful situation with someone, and to top it all off, work was a complete mess. Several services failed throughout the day, and everything seemed to be going wrong. There were moments when I thought this would be one of those birthdays I'd simply want to forget.

But the evening reminded me of something important: even when a day seems lost, it can still give you a happy ending. My friends were there to support me, make me feel loved, and remind me that I'm not alone. In the end, I understood that perhaps it wasn't the birthday I had imagined, but it was one that taught me the value of the people who choose to stay by your side when you need them most.

No todos los cumpleaños se sienten como uno espera. El mío comenzó bastante mal. Desperté con malas noticias de mi país de origen, luego viví una situación muy dolorosa con una persona y, para completar el panorama, el trabajo fue un caos. Varios servicios fallaron durante el día y todo parecía salir mal. Hubo momentos en los que pensé que este sería uno de esos cumpleaños que simplemente querría olvidar.

Mis amigas estuvieron ahí para acompañarme, hacerme sentir querida y recordarme que no estoy sola. Al final entendí que quizás no fue el cumpleaños que había imaginado, pero sí uno que me enseñó el valor de las personas que deciden quedarse a tu lado cuando más las necesitas.
