CEREAL BREAD
A good bread and personally, it's my favorite.
Ingredients:
- 275 gr of water
- a trickle of oil (sunflower for me)
- 200 gr of flour for bread
- 330 gr of cereal flour for bread
- 2 bags of baker's yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
In the bowl of the bread maker (MAP), put salt, flours, oil, yeast and water. When we put all the elements in the machine, it is not necessary that the salt and the yeast are in contact (if not we kill the effect of the yeast).
Run on program dough (7 for me). When it stops, take out the dough, drain it, put it on parchment paper and let it rest about 1 hour.
Put in the preheated oven at 180 ° (thermostat 6) and cook for 30 minutes.
If you are in a hurry, you can cook it directly in the MAP.
