Strawberry mousse tagada
A little regressive recipe that I personally love.
Ingredients for 6 people:
50 cl whole cream
30 strawberries Tagada
4 sheets of gelatin
Place the cream in the refrigerator 2 hours before making the mousse.
Put the tagada strawberries in a saucepan, add 5 cl of cream, heat over low heat until the strawberries are melted.
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Spin it between the hands and add them to the previous preparation. Let cool
Make a whipped cream with the cream. As soon as the cream is well taken, add the cooled strawberry preparation by lifting with a spatula, so as not to break the whipped cream.
Put into verrines and set aside for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
