Important Events CPI Data and FED Interest

As we all know that today is the most important day for the crypto market which will either give a good push towards upside or maybe pull the price towards downside.

Almost every major bank expects 3.4% inflation but it all depends upon todays announcement. Many new investors are confused about CPI and FED interest that how it will effect the market.

They are also scare because everywhere in the feeds there are discussion about this and people are spreading false news and scaring news about todays announcement.

I thought to share my idea in this regard and help new investors to know about the impact of these news on the market

The FED will announce its interest rate today and there is more likely no change. Which means there will no cut nor any increase in interest rates but again it depends upon the Jerome Powel.

What in case if FED interest rate is increased, what will be the impact on the market? In case of increase in interest the market will react negatively which means BTC will go down but not that much.

This is because increase maybe very slight and this will only bring the price difference of $1000-$1500 in BTC.

In case interest rate is cut, market will react positively and the price will go upside with the same numbers.

Most likely markets expecting no change, in such a case the market will be positive again and will give a good move. There is no such to think about todays news because it will not bring much impact in the market.

It is to keep in mind that FED interest rate currently is at 5.25% to 5.50% and CPI data is 3.4%-3.5%.
