How Leverage Trading Works
The price action is the casino. You have black, and red. It goes up, and it goes down.
In GMX's case, GLP's liquidity pool is the counterparty trader to you. The Casino's House.
When you bet wrong and get liqqed, the house gets the funds + the fees. When you bet right and make money, you pay some of that in fees back to the pool, and get paid out.
