Roses Overload: It is the time you have wasted on your rose that makes your rose so important
"Growing roses is a beautiful lesson in patience and care. It teaches us that creating something lovely takes time, effort, and love." - trvst.world
It really takes time, loads of effort, and endless love for your garden to grow healthy and beautiful flowers.

Hello, hive gardeners!! I'm back with another post- well, more on flexing- about my roses. ๐ They're growing more and more every day.
I remembered, when I was in high school, we had a small garden. We already have orchids and other flowers, including roses. I was assigned to water them every morning after I woke up. The orchids were easy to grow. They love sunlight and eggshells ๐, so we keep them exposed to the sun the whole day and put as much eggshell as we can around the roots. The roses, however, wither after they bloom. Their leaves were healthy. The flowers bloomed beautifully, but after a flower or a group of flowers bloomed, the rose would wither. My mom would keep on planting them, but they kept on dying. ๐ญ
Fast forward to our garden now; we had this rose that never bloomed. My mom and I kept on taking care of it. We watered it every day with rice water, added some organic fertilizer, etc. Then one day, I saw a tiny bud. I was so happy but at the same time worried. It stayed there in our garden for a long time and hasn't bloomed. What if it starts to wither after it blooms?
We waited for the flower. It was tiny but so pretty. We saw new leaves growing, and I think it's a good sign.
Until the flower dried out. We waited... and waited...
Another bud grew. ๐ I almost jumped
My mom then put the pot on the porch. She was so confident of growing more roses that she bought cuttings and planted them in pots. Now, we have 6 big pots of roses that bloom non-stop. WE also have 2 small pots with mini roses.
This is the rose that started it all. The rose that gave my mom the courage to grow more. Pretty red rose. ๐น
Look at how many flowers there are in one pot.
"A garden requires patient labor and attention. Plants do not grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions. They thrive because someone expended effort on them." โ Liberty Hyde Bailey
I hope you'll do the same. If you're into gardening, just keep on planting.
Just like in life, we need to keep going. ๐ช
