Looking Back at Some Wonderful Moments During My Birthday
I am not like any typical Pinoy who celebrates their birthday with a big party. Some people may invite the whole barangay and their whole ancestry to celebrate with them. I want a more intimate and peaceful celebration. I'd rather eat out with my husband and daughter or with my sister's family and my mom.
On my last birthday, we went to the city and visited different places. One of the places we went to was the Science XPdition in Megaworld.
It was an extraordinary experience for us. My daughter loves astrophysics, so she really enjoyed it. We got to experience and try out some science equipment. With the help of the staff, we learned and understood some of the science principles. Look at how serious my daughter was looking at the infographic wall.
There were Science exhibit stations where science equipment and tools were displayed, and there were also information boards to help you understand what that tool or equipment is. The staff demonstrates it first, then you can try it.
The educational tour and demonstration took more than an hour, and we spent another hour taking photos and trying out some equipment.
It was fun and educational.
I am planning to go back there, but I must bring my 2 nieces. I want them to learn and love science.
