Hive Ph 2nd Onboarding Webinar

Hi Guys I hope that everyone is doing great today.

Last 23rd of October we had our very first onboarding session in HivePh. It was a nerve wracking experience for us as we never held such seminars before.

It was a great experience not only to the newbies but also for us as we try to relieve the reason on why we are still doing Hive for quite some time.

For this webinar, since some of our onboarders have already posted their introductory post to the community we will be asking them on what is their experience on being a Hiver. Things that we can improve as well being an onboarder in that way we can transition newbies better.

The webinar is open for all Filipinos that can listen and understand Tagalog, as we will be using vernacular language while we are explaining stuff here in Hive. The reason why we chose to speak in the local language is to avoid the newbies from being overwhelmed on how they will construct their sentences and blogs.

I agree that it is important to be a good communicator here but we also understood that the majority of us are not writers thus we want to make sure that they can embrace the community while they are also working on improving their blogs just like what we are doing. ( We are still working on improving our content)
