Morning Run: Sea view

Description from Strava:
We are back in Portsmouth for the weekend. Lovely weather and so it is busy. Our usual Holiday Inn was booked up, so we are staying at the old Queen's Hotel which is a bit nicer, if more expensive.
Yesterday we were shopping at the outlet stores. We both ran this morning, but separately. There was a big car boot sale on the common, but I was not stopping to browse. I ran along the front seeing lots of runners. I diverted up onto the ridge that was probably part of the old defences, but the rest was very flat. I saw some people doing boot camp there. Others were out on the water in canoes as big ferries and cargo ships went past.
I kept going out along the parkrun course before turning back and going inshore by and through the parks.
My hip is still making itself known, but was not too bad. This is my first run in a week. I will keep trying it to see how it goes.
Enjoy the long weekend if you get it.
Run free.
