Description from Strava:
Today was another pacing event at Henlow Bridge Lakes and I volunteered again. I got 32 minutes again so I did some runs in the week at that pace to get the feel of it. I do not find it easy to do a steady pace, but my Garmin watch helps with that.
It was a good turnout on a nice morning. A lot of the course is covered in bark chippings and they will do more. That was not an issue for me at this pace.
One of the regulars stuck with me all the way so I hope he got a good time. I finished just 6s over my target so I was happy with that.
I could not stick around for coffee so I jogged home.
Have a great weekend and run free.
