花甲粉
花甲和什么最配?肯定是粉丝啦!炎炎的夏日做个鲜香的花甲粉吧!
粉丝用冷水泡发,青椒、洋葱切成条,切点小红椒和葱花,再准备点金针菇。花甲我买的是花甲肉,清洗干净。
找个小一点的锅,如果有砂锅就更好了,锅底刷点油,先铺上青椒和洋葱,铺一半的粉丝,再放一半的花甲,铺上金针菇,再把剩下的粉丝和花甲铺在上面,这样一层一层的。最后在上面撒上蒜蓉,小红椒,淋上酱油。
先不放水,大火煎一下,使底部的洋葱和青椒挥发出香味。听到滋滋声后再加入过半的水,煮开后调成小火,加盖焖煮2分钟就可以了,最后加盐调味,撒上葱花就完成了。
最后的最后,大口吃粉吧!
