Egg Spicy Mayo Sushi

Hi bloggers and food lovers! Do you guys like sushi? Today I’m sharing an easy and simple sushi recipe, it’s super easy to make and perfect for a delicious lunchbox meal, and best of all, it’s a breeze to prepare. I just bought a sushi mold from an online store, and it really works it helps with shaping the sushi. This lunchbox meal has a savory, slightly spicy, and creamy flavor. Alright, let’s get started

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp aonori
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp bouillon powder
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 sheets of nori

Steps:

  • Prepare the rice and place it in a bowl

  • Add the sesame oil and sprinkle the aonori on top

  • Stir the rice until well combined

  • Prepare the sushi mold and pack the rice into the mold until firm

  • Press the rice firmly using the lid of the sushi mold

  • Once compact, remove from the mold

  • Set aside

  • Crack 3 eggs into a bowl

  • Add a pinch of salt and bouillon powder

  • Whisk the eggs until well combined

  • Heat a pan with a little oil

  • Cook the eggs in the hot pan, scrambling them until fully cooked

  • Set aside

  • Prepare the spicy mayo sauce using a 1:1 ratio of mayonnaise and chili sauce

  • Stir until well combined

  • Take the shaped rice and wrap it with a piece of nori

  • Place the scrambled eggs on top of the rice and add the spicy mayo sauce

  • Sprinkle a little aonori on top

  • Spicy Mayo Egg Sushi are ready to eat
