Shrimp and Corn Pan Pizza

Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you all doing? This time I’m making pizza again because I still have the ingredients for homemade pizza. This time I’m making it with even more toppings—I’m using shrimp, corn, sausage, cheese, and tomatoes. I combined all these toppings at the request of my younger sibling, who really loves shrimp and corn. Okay, let’s get right to it

Ingredients:

  • 7 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 70 ml milk
  • 1/2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 shrimp
  • 20 grams corn
  • diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 onion
  • 3 sausages
  • Bolognese sauce
  • oregano
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • olive oil

Instructions:

  • Add the medium-protein all-purpose flour, sugar, and yeast to a bowl

  • Gradually add the milk to the bowl, then knead the pizza dough

  • Knead the dough until smooth

  • Add margarine to the dough

  • Knead again until well combined

  • Let the dough rest for 1 hour

  • While waiting, briefly sauté the shrimp and sausages for the toppings

  • After 1 hour, place the dough on a baking pan greased with olive oil then prick the dough with a fork

  • Spread Bolognese sauce on top

  • Add sliced onions on top

  • Add the shrimp and sausage on top

  • Add another layer of bolognese sauce

  • Add corn and sliced tomatoes on top

  • Add cheese slices on top and sprinkle oregano on top

  • Turn on the heat and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes over the lowest heat

  • Turn off the heat and serve

  • The shrimp and corn pan pizza is ready to eat
