Simple Cooking: Seafood Omelette With Special Sauce

Hi bloggers, how are you? Hope you guys are well and happy. I'm back after losing internet connection for a few days due to rain and flooding in my area. Today I'm going to share an easy and quick recipe using eggs and leftover seafood I had in the fridge. Okay, let's get started.

Ingredients:

Omelette:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 shrimp and some clams
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a little onion
  • margarine

Special sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 100 ml water

How to make:

Omelette:

  • Clean all the ingredients for making the omelet

  • Chop the onion and slice the red and green chilies

  • Heat the margarine in a pan

  • Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and browned

  • Add the sliced red and green chilies and cook until done

  • Add the shrimp and clams and sauté until done

  • Set aside

  • Crack 3 eggs into a bowl

  • Beat until foamy and cook in a preheated pan

  • Add the sautéed shrimp and clams

  • Cook until done

  • Remove from heat and place on a plate

Special Sauce:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl

  • Stir until well blended

  • Cook in a pan until boiling and thickened

Serving instructions:

Pour the special sauce over the seafood omelet we made and serve with warm rice—a simple, delicious, and easy-to-make dish. Enjoy 👩‍🍳
