Simple Cooking : Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce
Bok choy with garlic and oyster sauce is the easiest meal I can make at home. It makes a great side dish for lunch or dinner. It goes well with warm rice and can be eaten as a snack on a diet. It requires simple ingredients and little time.

Ingredients:
Two bunches of baby bok choy
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
Ground white pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch solution
Cooking oil to taste
Salt for flavor (optional).
Steps:
- Clean the bok choy and remove the ends.
- Mince the garlic and set it aside.
- Boil the vegetables for three minutes or according your taste, then set them aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic until browned.
- Add water.
Bring the water to a boil, then add the pepper, oyster sauce, and salt.
Then, add the cornstarch solution until the mixture thickens.
- Place the vegetables on a plate and pour the oyster and garlic sauces over them.
- Bok choy with oyster sauce is ready to serve!
