Shrimp Fried Noodles

Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you today? It’s almost the weekend again, what’s your favorite dish for the weekend? I personally like dishes that are a bit rich and spicy, like today’s recipe: Shrimp Fried Noodles. It’s a delicious dish with sweet, spicy (optional), savory, and crunchy flavors from the bean sprouts. Alright, let’s get started

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 bird’s eye chili peppers (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • cooking oil

Instructions:

  • Bring water to a boil in a pot

  • Add the egg noodles to the pot

  • Remove and drain

  • Heat oil in a pan
