Potato Corndog
Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you doing? Do you like sweet snack or savory snack? today I’m going to share a snack that’s easy to make and just as easy to devour. This snack is one of our favorites at home because it’s savory and unique, with potato pieces wrapped around the sausage. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
- 10 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 250 ml warm water
- sausages
- frozen potatoes
- breadcrumbs
- skewers
Instructions:
- Put the all-purpose flour and yeast into a bowl then add the warm water
- Mix until well combined, then let it rest for 1 hour until the batter rises
Skewer the sausages with skewers
Heat oil in a pan
- After 1 hour, coat the sausages with the corndog batter
- Once coated, press the frozen potato pieces onto the corndog batter
- Then roll the batter in breadcrumbs until fully coated, repeat the process until the dough is used up
Fry the corndogs in hot oil over medium heat until cooked through and golden brown
Remove and drain
- Top with spicy sauce and mayonnaise
- The potato corndog are ready to eat
