Oat-Crusted Fried Chicken
Hi bloggers and food lovers. How are you? Do you guys love fried chicken? Today I'm going to share a recipe for crispy and savory oat fried chicken. It's a simple and delicious dish. It's not difficult to make, so let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of chicken fillet
- 100 grams of instant oat
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon egg whites
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 red chilies
- 2 bird's eye chilies
- curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- vegetable oil
Steps:
Marinate the chicken fillets with pepper, salt, garlic powder, oyster sauce, cornstarch, egg whites and lime juice.
Let stand for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, coat the chicken with instant oat.
Fry in hot oil until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove and drain.
Slice the garlic and chili peppers.
- Heat the margarine.
- Add the sliced garlic and chili peppers and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the curry leaves and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the rest of oat and stir until well combined.
- Add the fried chicken and stir until well mixed.
Add powdered milk, salt, and sugar for seasoning.
Once the flavor is right, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
- Oat-crusted fried chicken is ready to serve.
