No-Bake Birthday Cake
Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you? Have a great day. This April month is my younger sister’s birthday in our family. She celebrated her birthday at the beginning of this month, so I wanted to make her a birthday cake that’s easy and doesn’t take long—the most important thing is that it’s made with love 😁. I decided to make her birthday cake using bread, and of course, it still had to look appealing. Alright, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 5 slices of white bread
- 1 packet of powdered whipped cream
- 1 cup of ice water
- strawberries
- cheddar cheese
- sugar
- water
Steps:
Soak the strawberries in salted water, then rinse with clean water
Slice the strawberries into several pieces
Set aside
Trim the crusts off the white bread and set aside the white parts
Set aside
- Place the powdered whipped cream into a bowl
Add the ice water, then beat on high speed until the mixture becomes stiff
Prepare simple syrup by mixing water and sugar in a 1:1 ratio
- Prepare the white bread and brush it with simple syrup
- Add whipped cream on top, spreading it evenly
Add the sliced strawberries on top
Top with another slice of white bread
Brush with simple syrup and add more whipped cream on top
- Place strawberry slices on top and repeat until all the white bread is used up
- Spread whipped cream over all the white bread slices until everything is evenly covered
- Grate some cheddar cheese and sprinkle it on top of and around the bread spread with whipped cream
Top with strawberries
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours
- Place in a cake box
- The simple no-bake birthday cake is ready to serve
