Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you? How was your weekend? I hope you’re always having a great time. This weekend, I’ve chosen a pandan-flavored cake as my weekend treat. Today I’m going to share a recipe for a homemade cake that’s easy to make and delicious, it has a soft texture and is perfect with a cup of coffee. This recipe for 2 cakes. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:****
- 7 eggs
- 250 grams of sugar
- 250 grams of all-purpose flour
- 2 packets of vanilla powder
- melted margarine
- pandan paste
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 65 ml milk
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs and add them to a mixing bowl
- Add the granulated sugar and vanilla powder
- Add 100 gram of the all-purpose flour and baking powder
- Turn on the mixer and beat the batter until it turns white and fluffy
- Once fluffy, reduce the mixer speed and add the remaining all-purpose flour
- Add the coconut milk and melted margarine to the batter
Mix again on the lowest speed until well combined
Once well combined, turn off the mixer
- Add the pandan paste, then mix them
- Pour the batter into a baking pan that has been greased with margarine and dusted with all-purpose flour
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 200°C/392F for 45 minutes
