Hive Top Chef: Seafood Fried Rice
Hi bloggers, how are you? I hope you are all doing well. Happy weekend, today I will share a recipe for Qurator's Hive Top Chef. This dish is my family's favorite fried rice, with a special topping of fish meatballs and shrimp, with the addition of eggs as well. I made this for 2 person servings. Okay, let's get started:
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 cloves of shallots
- 3 red chilies
- 1 spring onion
- carrots
- corn
- fish balls
- shrimps
- 2 eggs
- vegetable oil
- margarine/butter
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of salted soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- pepper
- salt
- sugar
Steps:
- Prepare all ingredients, slice the shallots, garlic, red chilies, and spring onion
- Cut the carrots and corn kernels
- Clean the shrimp, cut the fish balls according to taste
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant
- Add red chili peppers and chopped spring onions
Add shrimp and fish balls, then cook until half done
Set aside
- Heat oil to make eggs
Crack the eggs and scrambled them and add cold rice
Stir until well mixed
- Set aside to the side of the pan, then add soy sauce, salted soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce until it simmers slightly to give a smoky aroma
- Stir the sauce and rice again until well mixed
- Add the toppings that were set aside earlier
- Stir briefly, then add the carrot and corn pieces
- Add margarine for extra aroma
- Add salt, sugar, and pepper
- Stir until evenly mixed and don't forget to adjust the seasoning
- Turn off the heat and serve the fried rice on a plate
