Fried Noodles with Soup
Hi bloggers and food lovers! How are you all doing? I hope you’re all doing well. Today I’m going to share one of my comfort foods. I'm not doing well and lost my voice, so today I’m sharing a warm and comforting recipe called Fried Noodles with Soup. Let’s get right to it.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of egg noodles
- 1 egg
- cornstarch slurry
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 4 fish balls
- 2 stalks bok choy
- wood ear mushrooms
- vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 500 ml water
Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan, then fry the egg noodles until golden brown
Remove and drain
Wash the vegetables and drain
- Chop the garlic, onion, scallions, carrots, fish balls, and bok choy
- Heat a pan with a little oil and add the chopped garlic then sauté briefly
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until fragrant
Add the fish balls and carrots
Sauté until the carrots begin to soften
Add water
- Add the mushrooms to the pan, then add the chopped scallion
- Add the chopped book choy
- Beat the eggs lightly, then pour them into the pan
Stir briefly, then add the cornstarch mixture to thicken
Turn off the heat and serve with the fried noodles
- Pour the soup over the noodles
- The fried noodles with soup are ready to eat
