Curry Meatballs Soup
Hi bloggers and food lovers! Today I’m going to share a recipe that’s spicy, fragrant, and savory. It has a strong aroma from curry leaves and is packed with spices. In my area, we call it “bakso kojek”—a street food favorite enjoyed by everyone from kids to adults. This is so easy and simple. Okay, let’s get right to it
Ingredients:
- 7 curry leaves
- ground spices (garlic, shallots, ginger, galangal, red chili peppers, lemongrass)
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 2 star anise
- 700 ml water
- chicken meatballs
- chili sauce
- cooking oil
- salt
- garlic powder
Steps:
- Heat the cooking oil, then sauté the ground spices until fragrant. Add water to the pan.
- Add the curry leaves, cardamom, and star anise
- Add the cloves, salt, and garlic powder to the pan
- Stir until well combined
- Wait until the curry broth begins to boil
- Add the chicken meatballs
- Cook until the meatballs float to the surface
- Serve on a plate
- Put the top with the sauce
- The Curry Meatballs Soup are ready to eat
