CRISPY MATCHA COOKIES
Hi bloggers and food lovers, I previously shared a recipe for crunchy and sweet chocolate crispy cookies, and this time I made a matcha version. The color is very pretty, and as a lover of green, I am very addicted to these cookies, but still, don't eat too many sweet foods, guys. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 125 grams of white chocolate
- 75 ml cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 130 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 180 grams all-purpose flour
- chocolate chips
- 25 grams instant matcha powder
- 1 drop green food coloring
Steps:
- Melt the white chocolate with the oil on boiled water, then set aside
- Add sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs to a bowl
- Mix with high speed until well blended and fluffy
- Add melted white chocolate
- Keep mix them
- Add all-purpose flour gradually

Add instant matcha powder and food coloring
Mix again for 2 minutes
- Turn off the mixer and add chocolate chips to the batter then mix them with spatula
Shape on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
Shape into squares and circles, according to your preference
- Bake in the oven at 320°F for 40-45 minutes
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and cut with a knife before it hardens
- Cool it and serve
- Crispy Matcha Cookies are ready to eat
