Chocolate Cornflakes Cookies
Hi bloggers and food lovers! It’s already mid-March, Ramadan is almost over, and Eid al-Fitr is just around the corner. I’ve started making some simple holiday cookies that are easy to prepare. They’re quick and easy to make. Kids would love this chocolate cookies. Alright, let’s get started.
Ingredients:
- 250 grams dark chocolate
- 275 grams cornflakes
- a pinch of salt
- rainbow sprinkles
- mini paper cups
Steps:
Cut the chocolate into pieces and place them in a bowl
Add a pinch of salt
Place the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water
Place the bowl containing the chocolate on top
Stir until the chocolate melts
- Put the cornflakes to the bowl
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cornflakes
- Stir until well combined
- Scoop the cornflakes and chocolate mixture into mini paper cup
- Sprinkle toppings on top
Repeat until the mixture is used up
Place in the chiller for 10 minutes
- Chocolate cornflakes cookies are ready to serve
