Hi bloggers and food lovers, what are you snacking on today? Today I’m making a filling, protein-packed snack with a firm texture and a melted cheese filling inside. This snack is our favorite menu today. Okay, let’s get right to it

Ingredients:

  • 800 grams chicken thigh fillets
  • 100 grams shrimp

  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 8 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 250 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 stick of cream cheese
  • cooking oil

Instructions:

  • Place the chicken thigh fillets into a food processor then add 3 cloves of garlic

  • Add the oyster sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, and garlic powder

  • Turn on the food processor and grind all the ingredients

  • Prepare the shrimp and coarsely chop them to add texture

  • Add the shrimp to the food processor

  • Mix until well combined

  • Crack 1 egg

  • Add it to the food processor

  • Mix the chicken and shrimp mixture

  • Add tapioca flour to the mixture and mix until well combined

  • Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and flatten it

  • Fill the mixture with cheese and spread it on top

  • Close the mixture until the cheese is completely covered

  • Coat the mixture in breadcrumbs

  • Repeat until all the mixture is used up

  • Heat cooking oil in a frypan

  • Place the chicken, shrimp, and cheese mixture into the frypan
