   A nada de la meta anual y sinceramente cansado, pero con mucha satisfacción, por los resultados hasta el momento. Exactamente, 61.433 repeticiones de Burpees y transitando el día #350. El año paso rapidísimo y una clara demostración de que el enfoque y la consistencia, dan sus frutos.

      En el día 342, las ganas me superaron y salí con Palabritas a realizar un entrenamiento, en un circuito cerrado, que se encuentra en Ezeiza. Algunos amigos del Ciclón de Ezeiza, me invitaron y no dude en ir. Por supuesto, con la GoPro, preparada para capturar el momento. Sabía que cuando volvía debía realizar la sesión de burpees.

      Me sentí como un niño con bicicleta nueva 😃 y disfrute del encuentro con los amigos y de rodar en bicicleta. Debo confesar y como verán en el video, no pude realizar los burpees y tuve que realizarlo posteriormente. Realmente estaba muy cansado y nada me costaba con descansar y luego encarar la sesión de buerpees.
