Como casi todos los partidos que vengo viendo hasta el momento, los primeros tiempos son un tanto monótonos. Hoy se jugaron tres partidos por el Grupo H, pero me incliné indefectiblemente por el partido entre Uruguay y Arabia Saudita. Marcelo Bielsa presentó su equipo y, por supuesto, enfrente tenía un rival que tampoco estaba dispuesto a regalar nada.

Like almost every match I've watched so far, the first halves tend to be somewhat monotonous. Today three matches were played in Group H, but I was inevitably drawn to the game between Uruguay and Saudi Arabia. Marcelo Bielsa lined up his team and, of course, faced an opponent that wasn't willing to give anything away either.

      Un partido cargado de emociones, debido a que por momentos ganaba Arabia Saudita y Uruguay quería empatar. El empate se festejó como una victoria y, de ahí en adelante, por obvias razones lo quería ganar. No pudo concretarlo, pero dejó lindos destellos de buen juego por momentos.

A match packed with emotion, as Saudi Arabia were ahead for stretches while Uruguay pushed to equalize. The draw was celebrated like a victory, and from that point on, for obvious reasons, they wanted to go on and win it. They couldn't pull it off, but showed some bright flashes of good play at times.
