Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hello beloved hivers, good day! This is @Laizelly05, the newbie here in hive, I live at Ilihan Tabogon Cebu Province before but now I live in Las piñas City. I am now 17 years old and few more months I'll be turning at legally age of 18. I also graduate in Ilihan Integrated School at the strand of Accountancy Business and Management (ABM).

Hello guys, my name is Jesse Maga, and I am very happy and excited to be part of this great platform. This is my first post in hive block chain, and I am looking forward to making good and new friends. I am from Nassarawa state, but i school in a university based in Niger state.

I am looking forward about social interactions and to look for inspirations! I'm very glad to be part of this community and I am willingly to make connections to each and everyone who's willing to get to know! This is my Introblog and I hope you guys will support me through out here and on.

I’m certain you’ve already read many of the introductory articles from local users on this platform, so I doubt you’ll skip mine. To kick off this narrative, let me share a short biography that led me to who I’ve become.

My name is TIJUN ABRAHAM AKA (Hive account@tigrace), from Nasarawa State and Madam by tribe...in my state we have various tribes that makes up the state. My tribe is one of these tribes and I love the tribe so much because we are unique in different ways. I am happily married to MR ABRAHAM MAYISA. This unique and best union began in the year 2020, it was the decision I made for myself because it has been from one adventure to another.

I am a very forgetful person so I don't really recall so much about my past experiences, I have a great father and mother— they support me about my dreams and they taught me a lot about life and so far I love them. I used to be a careless person with believing the world revolves around me and I'm so used to say " It is what it is" but growing up, I realized there's so much to life— I revolve around the world, caring less won't do much, and it's not it is what it is for I will strive to reach for my dreams and what I desire— You attract what you think.

solving puzzles and discussions on life, history and science, music and poetry and many other sports like volleyball and high jump. But amongst all these activities i love music more. I’ll love to participate in this so I can meet more people from around the world who are passionate about what I do, I’m also passionate about orphans and I want to help people who need help by sharing my skills and teaching it to others who might need my help My social media handles are:

I am 21 years old, lives in the island somewhere in northern Cebu. A little shy, with a lot of friends(whom I dearly loved). A family person, and a homebody who loves everything cozy. I am the eldest child, and I am living the pressure of setting a good example for my younger siblings, and yet I love this responsibility. I'm a little too studious for my own liking; I take my studies very seriously which burns me out everytime.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
