Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

While scrolling through my phone, a friend sent me a message and he asked Kenny have you heared about hive blockchain ? I said no and then he told me about Hive so I picked interest knowing fully it is a place where I could learn interact with people and people learning from me exploring the world globally 🌏 I was able to attend the telegram orientation classes with coach Hive account@ovey10 he taught me about Web3 and helped us know more about hive block chain as a decentralised platform.

Unlike many other block chains, Hive is fast, decentralised, and community-powered. Its native token can be earned, staked, and traded, making it both rewarding and sustainable.Most importantly, I believe Hive is a real tool for youth empowerment opening doors for growth, creativity, and success.

My family is the most important thing. My mom is from Táchira and my dad is from Caracas. I have three brothers who are very cool. The youngest brother lives with me here, but the others are far away, in Switzerland and Germany. Even though we are far away, we are always in touch and we support each other. Distance doesn't matter when we get along very well.

I am a passionate, dreamy 17-year-old girl who is committed to my happiness and that of those around me. I have always loved helping others, listening to their stories, understanding their emotions, and accompanying them in their processes. I deeply believe that empathy is fundamental to building a kinder and fairer world, and that need to care for and contribute has guided me throughout much of my life.

From a young age I knew two things:

That video games were more than a hobby (they were my escape and my passion).

That in Venezuela, being a gamer is an epic adventure (with side missions like surviving blackouts or finding decent internet).

This blog is my corner to share that chaotic mix of emotions: from analyzing a AAA to remembering how I hid to play Minecraft.

Hello everyone! My name is Joshua John, and I was born in Yanyan, Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, Nigeria. I'm Bassa by tribe, an ethnic group predominantly found in the North-Central region of Nigeria, specifically in Niger, Nasarawa, Kogi, and FCT Abuja states. My birthday is April 23rd.

I got to know about hive from my brother Hive account@experience-xla who called and told me he has joined a great community with like minds online and would love me to be part of it which I conceded. He connected me to a coach @OhvVieh who tutored me on telegram and led me step by step on how to become part of this community and also cautioned me to take to cognizant the do and don't, all thanks to his effort, now I'm here in this space with you all.

Hi great people, I count it a privilege having you on my blog, this means a lot to me. Now let me go straight to introduce myself.I go by the name Experience Gideon Esla. I was born and brought up in my home town Lafia, Nasarawa State Nigeria, but currently base in Abuja the Federal capital territory. I'm an Inspirational Writer, a Gospel Singer, Recording Artiste, Songwriter, Music Coach, Graphics Designer, and a Social Media Manager.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
